Hey there! Thank you so much for you interest in joining this fun - but challenging - FREE mini Bootcamp! This page will give you all the details on what we'll be doing in the group, as well as the different options to enroll. 

What is the 6 Day Slimdown Challenge?

It's a free mini group that will take place on Facebook. My team of Coaches and I will host the group and provide a 6 day workout calendar to follow with exercises you can do at home with minimal equipment. We'll also provide a 6 day meal plan you can choose to follow if you want better results. The goal is to get you in the habit of working out most days of the week, help you decrease your sugar and processed food intake, and prepare you for our more advanced 21 Day Bootcamps should you choose to continue on with us after this free group. Most people will lose weight, but we really just want you to focus on how much better you feel when you take care of yourself.

When does the 6 Day Slimdown Challenge take place?

Monday July 10th - Saturday July 16th. We will use that first weekend (July 7th-9th) to "prep" for the challenge - take before stats, prep our meals, decide when you'll be working out, etc. We will wrap the group up on Sunday July 17th.

What is required for the workouts and to join the group?

  • You will need to sign up for a FREE 14 day trial to Beachbody on Demand (BOD), or currently have access to BOD - see below for more details on this

  • You will need decent WIFI at your home or gym so you can stream the workouts through BOD

  • You will need to take your before stats if you want to be eligible for the daily and final prize. These include your choice of current weight, body measurements, and/or pictures. You will submit these privately via Facebook messenger to your Coach you are signing up with. We do this so you have more skin in the game and actually commit! We are here to help you with accountability - that is our job and what all of us were missing too!

  • For the workouts, you need 2 sets of dumbbells - 1 light and heave for you, so either 3lb and 8lb or 5lb and 10lb, plus a resistance band. I use the Gold's gym brand yellow band from Walmart. Also a workout mat if you do not have a soft floor

How will I have access to the meal plans, workout calendar, and the private group page?

 

Once you decide to do this free challenge with us, you will look at the options at the bottom of this article and let me know how you'd like to enroll. The week the group starts, you will be added to the private 6 Day Slimdown group page on Facebook, where you will have access to the Meal Plan, the workout Calendar, plus all us Coaches for immediate support. We will walk you through step-by-step what to do all week!

Will there be any giveaways or prizes?

 

YES! We want to reward your for participating and following through with your commitment. Here's what you can expect:

  • To be eligible for any prize, you must submit your before "stats" to me (or your Coach if it's someone on my Team) - these can be your choice of your current weight, body measurements, and/or a before pic.

  • Each day there is a daily lesson and check-in. If you submitted your before stats, and check-in to this post by commenting below, your name gets put in a drawing to win the daily prize for that day

  • Grand Prize: If you submit your before and after results, plus checked-in every day, your name gets entered in a drawing to win the Grand Prize!

What is Beachbody on Demand (BOD)?

 

Have you heard of Beachbody? The company who created programs like P90X, Insanity, and 21 Day Fix? Well they have their own streaming service now! It's kind of like a Netflix for fitness and it's called Beachbody on Demand (BOD). You can get unlimited online access to BOD for an entire year for the whole family. Nothing is off limits. Access every single fitness program and workout calendar, upgrade workouts, nutrition plans, even get instant access to the brand new programs being released this year. What this short video to learn more about this amazing streaming service - it's the only way we workout now. I never get bored!

OPTIONS TO ENROLL:

Option 1: FREE - 14 Day BOD Trial

Enroll in the Quarterly BOD membership that gives you a 14 Day Trial to BOD before being charged. You will be asked to enter a credit card, but it will not be billed for 2 weeks after enrollment. I will send you the details on how to cancel so you aren't locked into anything that doesn't work - just be sure to set an alarm on your phone so you don't forget!

Once your trial comes to an end, you can choose to cancel all together if it's not for you, or cancel the trial and upgrade to one of the options below. If you cancel, you will not be part of any future groups with me. 

Option 2: $99 - Annual BOD Membership

If you know for sure you want BOD, you can go ahead and enroll in the full year membership for $99, which is cheaper than the quarterly membership. This is a one time fee and allows the whole family to use the streaming service. Nothing is off limits, everything new is included.

With this option, you can be part of all my future free groups, but not my advanced 21 Day Bootcamps. You also can't 'upgrade' to Option 3 later if you decide you want Shakeology - you'd have to purchase the stand alone bag instead of the discounted bag. 

Option 3: $160 - BOD All Access Challenge Pack

FAQ's

 

1. What if I already have BOD?

Awesome! So we would just need to get you switched over to me as your Coach - IF you are not currently working with a Coach, or you current Coach is not working (i.e. running monthly accountability groups). Just let me know and I'll send you an easy online form you can submit to Beachbody for a Customer Coach Change Request.

You also have the option of just ordering a bag of Shakeology for 10% off or getting a Challenge Pack that combines a full bag of Shakeology plus a 3 Day Cleanse if you need help with nutrition. This would also get you access to my next Bootcamp. 

 

2. What if I use to have BOD but I cancelled my membership?

If you are just wanting to start with the free trial, then we can go ahead and try to sign you up again with your same email address associated with your Beachbody account (after we get you switched over to me as your Coach, see details above). Since you haven't tried the "All Access Pass" yet, you still may be able to get the free trial. If not, you can either use a different email to get another free trial, or go ahead and enroll with Options #2 or #3 above! 

 

3. When should I enroll in the Trial so I have access to the workouts during the group?

I don't want you to enroll in the free trial until Wednesday July 5th. This ensures you have access to BOD for the full 6 days of the group. I will send you the steps on how to enroll and add you to the group page by Friday July 7th. Friday July 7th is the Deadline to enroll in an option above and join the group.

 

4. What if I don't like the food on the meal plan?

The ingredients in most of the meals can be substituted to your liking. You do not have to follow the meal plan we provide, we are simply providing it for convenience! You can also browse 100s of recipes in your BOD account once you get set-up!

 

5. When is your next Bootcamp group if I decide to go with Option 3 or upgrade to the Challenge Pack?

We start July 21st for "prep weekend" then commit on July 24th! This next group is great because you will have the option of choosing my regular Bootcamp group, or the Shift Shop Test Group. The Shift Shop is a brand new program being released in July. I will tell you more about it in our 6 Day Slimdown Challenge so you can decide if you'd like to try it or not.

 

6. Do we all follow the same program during your Bootcamps?

No! Because we all have different goals! So I help you choose a program based on your goals you current schedule, and what workouts you enjoy doing overall. I want you to enjoy making this a lifestyle change, so we pick a program you look forward to completing.
