My Fitness Story

I am a Part Time Registered Perianesthisa Nurse, and a Full Time Health Coach! I am a #fitwife to my wonderful husband Clint. We have been together for 7 years, and recently bought an old farm that we are fixing up! Just call us the Chip & Jo of Kansas! We have two beautiful children, Henry (age 3) and Hazel (age 2). They in fact, are the entire reason you are reading this today.

After back to back pregnancies (mine are 17 months apart!), I found myself 35 lbs overweight, depressed, and with absolutely NO energy. I felt like I was failing as a wife and a mom. I knew I had to take back my life, and get control on my health & fitness. I tried quick fix after quick fix and ultimately hit rock bottom when all that failed me. I knew if I wanted to change, I needed to do it the right way, with a healthy diet and exercise. After talking to a friend about this online accountability & clean eating bootcamp she was doing, I knew it could be the tool I needed to finally reach my goals. As skeptical as I was initially, I joined the group with high hopes and gave it my all, and absolutely fell in love with the process. Not only did I lose 35lbs and over 20 inches, I actually learned a ton about proper nutrition and fitness. I regained my confidence, and most importantly, I am the happy, healthy mom & wife I wanted to be. But the biggest benefit of all was learning how to feed my family healthy but delicious meals.

Fast forward to today, I am paying my success forward and coaching other moms and women to become their best self, and reach their own health & fitness goals. I host monthly online accountability bootcamps, that include my free meal plans, a clean eating ebook, daily check ins and education. But most importantly, I teach people how to live a happier, healthier life while still balancing family and fun.
